Orange Creamsicle Smoothie 

(Serves 1)

1 cup fresh Orange juice
1/2 frozen sliced banana 
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp all natural, pure vanilla extract
1/2 chopped ice
Slice of orange to garnish

Place banana, orange juice, yogurt, vanilla extract and ice cubes into a blender, and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and garnish. 

Very Berry Smoothie

(Serves 1)

1/2 cup fresh organic blueberries
1/2 cup fresh organic strawberries
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup chopped ice
Sprig of mint to garnish

Place blueberries, strawberries, banana, vanilla almond milk and ice cubes into a blender, and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish. 

Kiwi Fizz

(Serves 1)

3 medium kiwis, peeled
1 tsp Agave Nectar or Honey
1/4 cup distilled water
8 ounces mineral water, chilled
ice cubes
kiwi slice to garnish

Place kiwis, agave nectar and distilled water in a blender, and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a tall glass, add mineral water, ice cubes and garnish. 

Green-Eyed Monster Smoothie

(Serves 2-5)

2 medium organic green apples, peeled and halved
2 medium organic green pears, peeled and halved
1 large avocado
1 banana
2 cups of pineapple, peeled and cubed
2 cups of parsley, washed and removed from the stems 
4 large leaves of kale, washed and chopped
1 cup of spinach leaves, washed
2 tbs chia seeds
1 cup of fresh orange juice
1/2 cup ice cubes

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately cold or store in the refrigerator (mix again by hand before serving).
